This life we are given is short, but this time can be used to better the lives and futures of others. Warren Buffet was one of the creators of the Giving Pledge - a commitment by wealthy individuals to give away at least half of their wealth in their lifetime to charity.

WHAT INSPIRED ME TO BE A YOGI

Ha - I actually started doing yoga after P90X - a 90 day home fitness program. One day a week was “yoga day” and it was soooo hard. Sweat was dripping down my face in my living room, as I was swearing! I didn’t know yoga was so challenging - I thought it was stretching for old ladies. Boy was I wrong! After I finished P90X I signed up for a 30 day yoga challenge at a local studio, went to yoga 30 days in a row, and never looked back. That was 8 years ago!

MY GUILTY PLEASURE

None! No guilt - resting, taking a day off, an extra glass of wine, indulging in a while … it’s all OKAY!
