FAVOURITE SAHAJAN PRODUCT

It is a toss up between the Ritual Body Oil and the Nurture Hair Oil. I love the body oil straight out of a hot bath. It makes my skin feel amazing. I have a ton of hair, it’s a pain to wash and manage, but the hair oil seems to tame it like no other product. It feels soft, smooth, and healthy.

THREE THINGS ABOUT ME

I love the outdoors…all seasons. Especially being in the sun. I love to hike, bike, walk, run, cruise in my car, spend time at the beach in my SUP and skimmer board. In the winter, I love to snowboard and walk the trails with my dog. I am 40 and started doing yoga 3 years ago. I am self taught, with the help of Instagram challenges.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE POSE

Hands down (literally), a handstand. Any leg or body shape at all, I just love being upside down.

GUILTY PLEASURE

I have several, haha! Food. Of all kinds. Chips, chocolate, ice cream. I live close to the ocean, so seafood is high on my list. Sushi is a fave Sleeping in. Not necessarily late, but waking up without an alarm. Bad reality TV, like the Real Housewives of Orange County.
