I’m a yoga teacher, adventure seeker, self care/self love advocate

WHY I PURSUED WELLNESS

I left my corporate job because of love! Moved to another country where I pursued teaching yoga as well as creating a wellness platform. If I had never had the option to move I probably would have never pursued this lifestyle like I have! My inspiration was feeling good in my body and knowing that I have the ability to heal myself physically, mentally, and spiritually.
