Moringa 101

Behold the latest health craze; moringa. If you’ve been following health magazines and blogs, you’ve heard of moringa. As a green addition to smoothies, a sprinkle on top of salads and soups or even in a pill form, moringa is a power-packed plant!


What is Moringa?

Moringa, also known as moringa oleifera, comes from a softwood tree called a Miracle Tree. It’s packed with more nutrients than you can count on two hands; vitamin A, B, D, C, E, calcium, magnesium, phytonutrients and tons and tons of antioxidants; the list just goes on and on. This is an ingredient that you want on your skin, and in your body!
